The first sensor (SpO2) is USB. This won't work with the IOIO. Typically,
USB is just the "consumer" wrapper, and this device probably has the actual
sensor in it speaking a lower-level protocol that *is* supported. So I'd
recommend searching for what the sensor actually is.
The other two devices are likely to work OK using analog inputs on the
IOIO. The pulse one needs to be powered by 3.3V. The ECG needs a bipolar
supply, so you'll need some supply circuitry to make it happy as well as an
op-amp based buffer to shift the output level from -Vcc..Vcc to 0..3.3V.
What sampling rates do you need for the last two? Is 1kHz sufficient?
