I've been struggling with IOIO to find examples using the Grove Shield and sensors. Seeedstudio (makers of the Grove sensors and shield) provides libraries, but they target apps that need to be loaded on their Seeeduino board.
My assumption was that all sensor access for IOIO is done through a single Android app, but after seeing examples like this: http://blog.buildinginternetofthings.com/2012/05/13/my-heart-rate-on-the-cosm-cloud/, I'm not so sure. Could you confirm if coding against sensors (particularly Grove sensors, if you know) requires separate installation of apps and libraries direct to the IOIO board? Or am I correct that the Android app should be able to access and process sensor data, and control other display elements, etc? Thank you. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "ioio-users" group.
