Hello, I just got my IOIO-OTG from Seeedstudio, and am trying to get it to work with my Nexus 5. I have connected Vin to a 6 V lab power supply, and then my Nexus 5 to the USB port via the included OSB-OTG adapter (on the IOIO side) and a standard micro USB cable. The Nexus 5 shows that it is charging, and USB debugging is connected. However, the IOIO Hardware Tester app does not seem to detect the device; it still shows status as "Not Connected". (The app is installed from the play store, https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ioio.example.ioiohardwaretester.)
Checking voltages with a multimeter, the 3.3 V rail is at 3.288 V, the 5 V rail is at 5.004 V, and the power LED is on. The charge trimmer is turned all the way up. Changing the host mode switch makes no difference. If I disable USB debugging on the Nexus 5, then it shows up as a USB accessory, but the hardware tester app still will not connect. What am I missing? -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "ioio-users" group.
