I updated my Nexus 4 to Android 4.4.4 and the IOIO no longer triggers the open accessory dialog when plugged in. However, it still triggers the dialog if I connect it to my Nexus Galaxy (4.3) or the Nexus S (4.1.2) so something seems to be causing problems with the 4.4.4 release.
