Sorry I do not speak English this is a translation yet.
On the recommendation of Ytai I start this new topic.
I have solved my problem but I want to tell my experience.
There have been a rookie mistake.

This was my problem:
I have a IOIO OTG, Android 2.3.6 card.
My experience has been as follows:
The first time I tasted my card everything worked perfectly in WINDOWS with
ADT.
The problem appears after installing ubuntu studio 14 and android with
open jdk
I found that no matter the project helloIOIO worked. And try to reconstruct
IOIOLib libraries in android ls studio and also fail.
On the recommendation of Ytay new install of Eclipse from the official
website of android, and also the IOIO libraries in their newer versions.
By surprise it did not work.
The next step was to change the OpenJDK by the original ORACLE sun, after
learning that some development environments cause some problems.
To sum up again now I have Eclipse and the ADT-JDK-7 Original with the same
results.
Can not get simple HelloIOIOService application to work.
With IOIOHarwareTester card responds and works. Also when I install the
HelloIOIOService.APK Seller.
The problem is to import the project into eclipse or android studio not get
connection
to the IOIO.
I continue my career back and I can only re-WINDOW.
Thank you.

This was the cause.
There have been a rookie mistake.
The version of the library IOIOLib not support the version of my IOIO
firware card.

The solution was.
Download library compatible with my card.

This was my second problem.
Try Using IOIOLib in androi Studio.
I have developed my project in android studio and I use the characteristic
flavors to build different versions of my app sharing resources and code.
So it was important that the library will work on android studio.

is best to create a module as library android
and copy and paste all kinds from IOIOLib
following the same structure of the original. Now everything works perfectly
.

Gracias.
