Hello Ytai,

I noticed that i never mentioned that i can connect to the board over usb 
cable. If this doesn't change anything i will go with your recommendation.
As for the bluetooth, dongle seems working fine, device can be detected and 
asks for the pin, manifest has the bluetooth permission.

By upgrade everything, do i only need to upgrade app firmware using 
ioio0500.ioioapp and ioiodude ?
