I have upgraded both the firmware and the software, but the problem still
exists.

Htc one M8 and Nexus 4 can run the application and toggle the led just fine
over bluetooth, but not LG L9.

Like i mentioned before LG L9 can detect the ioio-otg and can pair with it
but can't toggle the led in application, the logcat just spams "attempting
to connect to bluetooth device ioio 71 0B". Which is the Log.v(TAG,
"Attempting to connect to Bluetooth device: " + name_); in the try block
inside BluetoothIOIOConnection.java.

Only thing i can say is bluetooth dongle and the other 2 phones have
bluetooth v.4 hardware but L9 has v.3 but this shouldn't be a problem so

Any help is appreciated.
Thank you.
