In order to upgrade a v1 board you'd need an Android device with Android version 4.0 or less. Also, in order to work with three S2 over USB you'd have to turn USB debugging off. As a general note, you're sort of asking for trouble when buying a product that has been out of production for two years, possibly from questionable manufacturers.
