Exactly, we're talking about connecting it to a computer, a Mac to be more 
specific. Bootloader works just fine, and also flashing firmwares. I 
noticed that this happens mostly when I try to connect something to the 
IOIO pins (even a simple LED caused the problem).

I tried configuration wipe, and i'm not sure if I did right, so here's what 
I did:

- Disconnect IOIO
- Short boot pin to gnd
- Short pin 1 to gnd
- Connect IOIO
- Remove connection to boot pin
- Flash firmware
- Disconnect and reconnect

By the way, the documentation says that there should be a calibration 
process during first boot (after wiping) but it didn't happen.
