Dear IOIO users: sorry if this has been asked before - I am new to the group.
What is the best way to connect IOIO to a cell phone so that it uses as little power as possible? If I turn the charging pot all the way to the left, the phone doesn't see the board, and at the level where the phone sees the board reliably, the current is still too high for my setup (it overheats the voltage regulators I use to provide 5 v to the board). Can I use IOIO in device mode with the phone? What is the cable I should use then? I would rather not use bluetooth. Thanks!
