Thanks for reporting. This is similar to issues encountered by others, so
most likely a systematic problem and not something specific to your case. I
suspect the Android folks have not been spending a lot of time maintaining
the OpenAccessory stack, so its behavior might have changed in a
non-backward-compatible manner or possibly something broke. I will need to
dig in to it. This will probably take some time considering my schedule, so
I highly encourage other people to get involved (there are no secrets kept
in this project...)
In the meantime, the alternatives are ADB (for Android <4.2.2), Bluetooth,
or USB with the IOIO in device mode.
