Maybe. The difference between the two is small. I'm not sure whether the DA is a strict super-set of the GB. I definitely do not explicitly support this configuration in the IOIO codebase, so it is up to the providers of this non-standard configuration to support it and there are no guarantees it won't break with future firmware releases as far as I'm concerned. In general, I recommend buying from SparkFun or Seeed, since they both have verified high-quality manufacturing and testing practices. The price is similar.
