Applications that are fullscreened and need to create a new window have
to put the window somewhere, since you can't have more than one
fullscreen window on screen at a time ion puts each one on its own
'workspace'. I don't believe there is anything you can do about that,
other than not fullscreening an application in the first place. As to
the not being able to un-fullscreen the new window, I *believe* that
that is a bug in older versions of ion3, what version are you using? If
it isn't the latest I would suggest upgrading and seeing if that gets
fixed.
