I would have sworn that _NET_ACTIVE_WINDOW caused the activity
notification to go off but it seems like it doesn't. Maybe that was just a
change I made locally that I never submitted. I think that would be a
reasonable thing to do when the request is ignored and as such I have
just submitted a patch to ion3+ for that.
