mozilla focus problems

I keep having this problem with mozilla and I'm wondering if anyone else
has noticed it and if it might be ion's fault. As far as mozilla is
concerned, the focus will sometimes get "stuck" on one mozilla window.
Focus continues to work fine in Ion, but when I focus on a different
Mozilla window, all the keystrokes go to the "stuck" one. Usually the only
way to "unstick" it is to close it, then Mozilla's focus agrees with
Ion's...
