i'd like to remove keybindings temporarily in order to work with those difficult applications (eg. blender) while having simple bindings (ALT+<char>) for ion functionality most of the time. any chance this will be possible in the direction you are heading? (i tried to hack this into the current binding system, but so far did not succeed in making a once bound key be visible to the client window.) ingo
