Hmm. What does SourceForge have to do with software patents? > You don't have other complaints of their [BerliOS'] services? Well, some time ago, administrative mail (e.g. approval of project registration, and mailing list creation confirmations containing the admin passwords for the lists) got stuck; the mail queue was flushed a few days later. That was annoying, but no mail was lost AFAICS. So I'd say, it works with some glitches, but SourceForge is slightly more reliable (though not as fast; server load seems to be lower on BerliOS). It will be interesting to see how long they take to deal with my support requests (especially the one about repositories made unusable by their script on the server; that's not funny, really). Their response times (and whether they respond at all) are IMO important as well for considering the quality of their service. I'll have to wait some days to find out... -- When replying to my email address, please ensure that the mail header contains 'Felix Wiemann'. http://www.ososo.de/
