A bit... it still relies on someone getting hit by the bad URL first...
it becomes russian roulette. 

I think I'd prefer the login-to-edit method. No external database to
rely on. You can even advertise (as I do) the password to use quite
freely on the wiki itself.

Just my opinion, naturally. :)
