Hi Olaf, Welcome to Iotivity!! Nice to see your message in our part of the woods :)
Chul, Can we generate anonymous cipher suite patch against the sourceforge tinydtls master and attach to our ticket? Regarding AES rounds to 14: I think when Randeep had added support for Arduino in rijndael.c/.h, he may have wanted to test the AES implementation with 256 bit keys (which does require 14 rounds). Randeep can confirm. I am the maintainer of tinydtls and would be glad to working with you guys on making tinydtls useful for you. You can help improving the tinydtls development process by commenting on the eclipse proposal at <https://projects.eclipse.org/proposals/tinydtls> (if you think that this is a good idea please speak up; if not, speak up as well). Regarding the use of tinydtls in iotivity, I was pointed to this discussion on open tinydtls tickets: <http://lists.iotivity.org/pipermail/iotivity-dev/2015-April/000813.html> <http://lists.iotivity.org/pipermail/iotivity-dev/2015-April/000814.html> Indeed, I was not aware that there is proposed code for TLS_ECDH_anon_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA (ticket 17). Can I ask you to provide a patch set for this? The patch provided for ticket 16 (rijndael for arduino) looks ok but needs some tweaks for other platforms. May I ask you why you have set the number of rounds to 14 (AES-128 is ten rounds, IIRC)? Thanks Olaf -------------- next part -------------- A non-text attachment was scrubbed...
