Your email looks like a description of what the priority levels in JIRA are. 
Could you or someone in the QA team document them in the wiki?

>From the file, it looks like:

        P1      Showstopper     - stops the release if unfixed
        P2      Major   - important, should be fixed, but won't stop the release
        P3      Minor   - should be fixed

It would help too if you detailed how one should categorise those issues. What 
constitutes a showstopper issue? A crash? Any crash? What if it has a simple 
workaround? etc.
