I started documenting some of the compilers/platforms in this discussion on
a Wiki page at https://wiki.iotivity.org/compiler_support.  The Wiki page
is by no means complete.  Please feel free to update or modify it.
Furthermore, it is currently not referenced in any of the existing IoTivity
Wiki pages, mostly because it's still under development.
