How do we go about updating the getting started page (
https://www.iotivity.org/documentation/linux/getting-started) accordingly?

Also, the Arduino page (
https://www.iotivity.org/documentation/arduino/getting-started) lists gcc
4.5.3 as the minimum.  That shouldn't be a problem since the C++ SDK isn't
built for Arduino.
