As seen in my other email, we need a gatekeeper for the repository.

This email is to ask for volunteers.

The gatekeeper is a person who will have the right and responsibility to
accept or reject contributions into this repository (similar to a Maintainer
of projects in the main IoTivity repository). Unlike a Maintainer, the
gatekeeper will not be required to plan ahead for features and to ensure the
same levels of quality. More importantly, the gatekeeper is not to be
contacted about bug reports. Instead, each contributed code will have a
contact person who may be contacted -- though they are not required to have
the time to fix anything either.

Responsibilities of the gatekeeper:
 * ensure minimum acceptance criteria of the submissions, such as presence of
the Signed-off-by in commit messages, acceptable open source licence,
existence of a buildsystem, no swearing in source code, etc.
 * approve contributions (+2) into the repository

Rights of the gatekeeper:
 * define what the minimum acceptance criteria are
 * organise and reorganise the repository as needed, including the removal
contributions that don't make sense anymore
 * delegate

If you're interested, just speak up. This is a good opportunity to get
experience that would be useful as a Maintainer or sub-maintainer later on.
