The second of the requested functions is the Buildsystem one. We'd like to ask a person or a team of people to take on the challenge of overhauling IoTivity- full's buildsystem (currently Scons) and become responsible for reviewing any changes to it in the future. These people will be expected to interact with other developers and Maintainers, helping with their necessities as the codebase evolves. It is possible we change this from Function to Subsystem (and from Function Lead to Maintainer).
