Q2: shall IoTivity-constrained become an own project by renaming the constrained project
or shall IoTivity-constrained become a component in the IoTivity project? I think separate projects are good for things that have minimal dependencies. That is, if someone clones a project, they should typically get some value in compiling the entire project. Right now my sense is that there's little reason for someone to compile both iotivity-constrained and Iotivity(core) since neither depends on the other, and so separate projects are fine.
