https://github.com/otcshare/iotivity-node This is on top of Iotivity, e.g. one has to build IOTivity and this repo. (sorry no experience with building/using it), and is currently still on 1.2.1 version (or even older). Not sure why there is no link in the documentation of iotivity to this repo..
On top of this node.js api one can use: https://github.com/openconnectivityfoundation/swagger2x see the NodeIotivityServer section... The javascript code generation has been tried out and has been confirmed that it works with iotivity-node. (with simple things though, but at least it will get you set up in the environment). I am very interested in having an python binding or having an full python stack. I have looked at it and the issue of an full python stack is that there only 1 package that support TLS, but that has no maintainers.
