Ok. Kudos to you for undertaking this. It's a start, but for the next round
I strongly suggest you not ask for any PII (Personally identifiable info).
I did not respond to your survey for that reason, even tho it would be easy
to find out that info. I just do not like volunteering such info on a
website. I have no idea how you might use it.

I suggest you take a look at what the Clojure folks have done:

Something like that would be very helpful. I just don't have the time to
make it happen.
