Subject: iotivity1.3.1 cloud tls question.

dear ,
I am a developer of iot , now i am using iotivity 1.3.1,and met a problem . 
when i used tls mode to start interface server ,it can not connect 
"messagequeue","rd","Account " Server.
when tls = 0 ,it works well
 I did not used the docker .
So i want to know how to open the ssl log to debug the root reason .
