Dear All,
Problem solved by deploying iperf 2.0.9 on both server and client , now I have
results different for paths, for router path I have 1 G throughput and for IPS
path I have 5 M throughput .
the problem was that I was using 2 different versions on windows and linux , I
used apt-get on linux and downloaded windows version 3.0.3 .

iperf -F will read from the file system before the TCP write. Without -F it's
just writes from local memory. Without the actual measurements it's hard to
make any significant conclusions per the limited information provided.

I would suggest to check if ips data scanning is triggered by both iperf an by
ftp file transfer.
