Thanks Bob, I agree with this.  iperf2 and iperf3 don't attempt to model
application traffic behavior...they just send packets (TCP segments, UDP
datagrams, whatever) at a specified rate or as fast as they can go.

Of the original poster's list of "traffic packets", some are
applications (video, HTTP/HTTPS, FTP) that have specific patterns of
interaction.  Others are transport protocols (ICMP, UDP, TCP), which are
supported by iperf3 but don't reflect any particular application's usage.

I don't have any specific recommendations for application-level testing
tools.
