hi, I am bit newbie to OpenBSD and ip-filter. I have a openbsd machine configured as a bridge+firewall. Everything is working just fine.
But whenever I turn on logging by a statement which is something like: >> pass in log quick on fxp0 from 192.168.2.0/24 to any The whole console gets flooded with the logs. It also writes the logs to /var/log/messages which I want to log to some other file (say /var/log/ipflogs) So: 1. Is there anyway to stops those ipfilter logs coming on console ? 2. Is there anyway to direct those logs to /var/logs/ipflogs ? 3. Is there any log analyser for ip-filter which can produce a detailed log analysis? Thanks in advance. --yogesh talekar
