Hello all,

 I'm running ipfilter on a FreeBSD 4.10 machine, and wondered if anyone
may be able to suggest what is causing a problem I am having. I have two
external interfaces, one connected to a cable modem (fxp1), and the other
to an adsl modem (fxp0). Fxp0 is the default gateway/route, and works
fine. However, I'm wanting to use the other modem/interface for passing
specific ports, but if I try connecting to the mailserver which is being
redirected on fxp1, the connection doesn't fully establish. Ipfstat only
shows a 2/3 instead of a 4/4 in the ST column. Is this something I'm
missing in my ipf/ipnat rules, or is it an OS problem. Any help would be
greatly appreciated. If you need any more info, let me know.

ipnat entries rdr entries:

rdr fxp0 0.0.0.0/0 port 25-> 10.0.0.175 port 25 tcp
rdr fxp1 0.0.0.0/0 port 25-> 10.0.0.176 port 25 tcp

ipf entries:

pass in quick on fxp0 proto tcp from any to 10.0.0.175 port = 25 keep
state
pass in quick on fxp1 proto tcp from any to 10.0.0.176 port = 25 keep
state

Thanks in advance,

Matt
