IPFilter only runs on QNX 6, AFAIK.  There is a download QPR for 6.2Pro
in qnxzone and you can find source code for 3.4.early and get that to
work on the personal versions of QNX, with a little bit of work.

I've got to get back to Darwin...I've been in contact with people at
Apple and part of their then proposed firewall interface API was wrong
(when I last saw it) for proper support but I've not mentioned that to
them yet nor do I know if they've fixed it independant of me.
