Hi All,

I am an IT admin with a small company. We regularly have to exchange
faulty iPhones, battery issues typically.

Until recently, Apple Care was always willing to do a mail advanced exchange
and waive the absurd $30 they try to charge for it. However, perhaps due to
the iPhone 4 transition, they now seem to be sticking to their guns and
actually trying to force users to pay $30 to merely exchange a faulty phone
through the mail, which every other carrier does for free.

Has anyone had any success finding a work around for this? Any suggestions
from other admins out there?

I hate the thought of paying for every turn, but I also hate the thought of
going to an Apple Store every time a phone dies.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Chris
