I sold my iPhone 4 to Gazelle.com and picked up a 4S last night. It's amazingly fast. Seems like no waiting for apps to open, scrolling, etc. Camera is awesome. I'm using Siri all the time. It can be mind-bogglingly great even though it's beta. I'm typing less and less now, just using Siri to type for me.
