In the last 24 hours every iMessage I send from my phone shows up as "Not Delivered" about 5-10s after showing delivered. Funny thing is, the message is delivered.
I've sent messages to 5 different iOS 5 users with the same results. If two if those send a message to each other, it goes through fine. Seems only to be messages to me.
