OK, it is definitely the Messages/iChat on OS X. If I quit the app, everything is fine. If I launch it, I get the not delivered messages.
Messages are NOT delivered to the Messages app, so that is correct. They ARE delivered to all the iOS devices. -- 'I'm a raven, aren't I?' it said. 'One of the few birds who speak.
