I'm grandfathered UNLIMITED on our iPads and iPhones. 
But, AT&T throttles iPad LTE after 5GB (as I understand it).
We were going to switch to Verizon for iPhone 5, but given the fact AT&T LTE is 
now in Seattle, and AT&T supports voice + data, and we are grandfathered in,  
it's likely we'll stay with AT&T.
