Just an update on this. I spent way too long on the phone with iOS tech
support, as high as level 3. They were unable to resolve it.

I then went and reproduced this on several different iPads and iPhones (all
different models, all running iOS 6). Te bug is consistent.

I've reported this to Apple as a bug, and am awaiting confirmation that it
has been reported as such.

Hoping (beyond hope?) that this will be fixed in a future release.

In the meantime, does anyone have any suggestions for an alternate IMAP
client for iPad (and maybe iPhone)? I've seen multiple suggestions of
Sparrow here, but it is now gone. Any others?
