Hi. I have a similar (but different) issue, in that my volume seems to go down without me physically changing any settings, so once or twice a week I have to return it from about 20% to 100%. Are there any gestures or other actions which could inadvertently be causing this to happen? Alternatively, could it be caused by the phone ringing whilst I'm walking with it in my pocket (and consequently sliding the volume down as it rings)? Indeed, on this matter, does anybody have any carrying solutions for when out and about, as having it in my pocket whilst in train stations and the like seems to prevent me from hearing it going off (and the vibration doesn't get felt as I have lots of other stuff in my pocket like keys and travel passes)?
