Jerry, Depending upon where "home" is, this would likely be illegal. I don't believe iOS supports apps which allow you to record calls, but a jailbroken iPhone might.
The low-tech solution would be to use an external device - either an iPad or your Mac or a stand-alone recording device. Enjoy!
