A friend got an iPhone 5S on AT&T with a new phone number the other day. She has a new icloud.com account as well. She has iMessage turned ON and both her new phone number and new email account are registered for iMessage.
Texts are still green and going through AT&T instead of iMessage. She toggled iMessage OFF/ON. She cold booted her iPhone. We've tried both her phone number and her icloud.com account - still green. Any suggestions for getting iMessage working? Thanks, K
