It’s not easy. They can’t do it on SSL encrypted site but you don’t get to 
decide if a web site uses SSL or not.

Switching carriers or setting up a VPN are about all you can do.

Complaining to your carrier and telling all your friends to complain is also a 
good idea.

AT&T is testing the same thing right now…
