Had a similar problem due to a rogue app. In my case, it was the
Nokia/Withings Health Mate app. I deleted the app and reinstalled it from
the App Store and the problem disappeared. Look for an app that is
constantly pinging the network as your culprit.

Interesting! Now the follow up question is who do I determine which apps
are pinging the network?

Thanks!

Best wishes,

Hi:

I upgraded to iOS 11 on my iPad Air 2, and since the update, I’ve had
issues charging it.

I plug it in, it shows charging, but the battery percentage continues to
drop. If I restart, it charges up fine, but then won’t charge again after
that (until I restart again).

This did not happen before iOS 11.

Has anyone seen this issue? Any ideas on what’s causing it?

Separately, I’m curious about the recent apps section (Right side) of the
dock. When I use some apps, they end up there. Other apps do not. I’m
wondering what the criteria are for an app to end up there after it’s in
use.

Any help or direction is much appreciated!

Jeff
