Jeff and Brandon:

A couple more ideas to consider in addition to ear-wax (yuck):

1. Settings > General > Accessibility > Left/Right balance (scroll down about
2/3rds of the way in Accessibility).

2. A faulty AirPod. I had this one happen. My right AirPod got quieter and
would pop Ps and other sibilants. Apple replaced the right AirPod and I have
had no issues since.

Good luck!

Best wishes,
Clint

From what I've read on this, wax can melt, enter the AirPods, then solidify
again, resulting in wax being an issue but not being visible at the same time.

This article describes what to do in that situation.

Hi:

A few weeks ago, I noticed that my Right airpod is playing audio,
calls, etc. at a much lower volume than the left one. It was not like
that for the first few months of use. I cleaned them both off, but it
changed nothing.

I was able to play the left one in my right ear and the Right one in
my left ear to be sure it wasn’t my hearing. I also checked the
left/right balance in Settings > Accessibility hearing section, and
it’s exactly in the middle.

Is there a different way I could have changed the volume? Or is
something wrong with my Right airpod? Has anyone seen this? (A google
search proved fruitless)

Thank You!!
