We have a web app that now has an iPhone friendly interface, and we are finally ready to ask people to take a look at it.
It is a web-based app that helps you manage: Tasks Contacts Calendar Time and Expense Tracking Email It is based around having several to many people work together on those things (except email). It allows people to make notes on each type of item and you can manage view and update permissions on each type of item. It is designed to keep information in context, so, for instance all of your time entries and expenses are linked to contacts and tasks or appointments. It is ideal for a small company, team, or department. We are currently asking for people to sign up for free beta accounts. This free offer restricts users to the mobile interface, but we also have a desktop interface.
