Hi folks, I'm looking for examples of forms on the iPhone. I want to pre-populate a form and give users the option to edit/save them etc.
I'd love to have a similar look to say, creating a New Contact. I know this is a rather generic question, but I haven't seen any forms fit into the whole iPhone visual trend yet.
