Why does that site refuse access to those not using an iPhone or iPod
Touch?  The whole point of the web is to be utterly UA agnostic,
making browser-specific sites will put the internet back 10 years or
so.

I'd like to at least investigate and understand the issue, if only you
realised that it doesn't require an iPhone or iPod Touch to fix the
vast majority of browser-related issues.
