While it may not be the answer you want, I'd suggest you find away to  
NOT use iFrames. Apple has been very clear that iFrames in Mobile  
Safari are problematic and might not work the way you want them to.  
You should probably take a look at your UI and figure out how to do an  
iPhone interface that doesn't use iFrames (or scrolling divs, for that  
matter).
