You can find some (most?) of the CSS you need in iUI.  I have used some 
of the iUI elements without the iUI JavaScript and would love to have 
further contributions to iUI to fill in missing interface elements.

I think it might make sense to explicitly decouple iUI CSS from the iUI 
JavaScript.  I am also interested in allowing the iUI CSS to be more 
easily skinned to allow websites to have there own look an feel.  A good 
example is https://www.bankofamerica.com/mobile/iphone.do

Does anyone else have any ideas or suggestions?
